These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ahad1 Logistics LLC website, platform, and freight transportation services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ahad1 Logistics LLC 's Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Ahad1 Logistics LLC provides freight logistics and transportation services, including:

Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipping.
Expedited and time-critical freight delivery.
Cross-border freight transportation.
Hook & drop container services.
Real-time satellite tracking and shipment visibility.
Freight management and logistics consulting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Shipment Requirements & Prohibited Items

You warrant that all shipment information is accurate and complete. You must properly package and label all goods. The following are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing:

Hazardous materials not properly classified and declared.
Illegal goods, contraband, or stolen property.
Weapons, ammunition, or explosives (without proper licensing).
Human remains or live animals (unless under specialized contract).
Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals exceeding declared value limits.

4. Liability & Insurance

Ahad1 Logistics LLC 's liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by applicable federal and state transportation law, including the Carmack Amendment where applicable.

Standard liability is limited to $100,000 per shipment unless higher value is declared and additional insurance is purchased.
Claims must be filed in writing within 48 hours of delivery for visible damage, or within 9 months for concealed damage or loss.
FreightFlow is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, force majeure, or shipper/consignee actions.
Consequential damages, lost profits, and indirect losses are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a dispatch fee of up to $150. Rescheduling is permitted free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Same-day reschedules may be subject to lane availability and fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ahad1 Logistics LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the property of Ahad1 Logistics LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Kimberly, Wisconsin, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or class action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHAD1 LOGISTICS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SHIPMENT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
